ACCCK receives numerous enrolment enquiries each year and at times can have a waiting list. We advise families to place your child/rens details on our waiting list as early as possible. If you would like to place your child on the waiting list, download our wait list form, complete and return to ACCCK. Alternatively, you can call the service and speak to the Director.
Fees are set by the Committee of Management and are reviewed twice yearly in order to achieve a satisfactory budget outcome. Parents will be given four weeks’ notice of a change in fees. Families are invoiced weekly and are invoiced one week in arrears. ACCCK requires a holding fee bond payable upon enrolment, this is refundable when you give two weeks’ notice in writing to leave the service.
A maintenance levy of $50.00 is required to be paid upon enrolment and annually upon re-enrolment in September of each year. If this is not paid then a position will not be made available. Fees are payable even when your child is absent from ACCCK due to public holidays, illness, accidents or holidays. Fees are not payable when ACCCK closes over the Christmas holidays.
A fundraising levy of $100 per year is required from each family. This levy will be automatically charged to your account in January and July
Families may be entitled to the Child Care Benefit and Child Care Rebate from the Commonwealth Government, this can be paid directly to the service reducing your weekly fees. The amount that can be claimed is dependent on the family's income. Parents need to contact the Family Assistance Office (Phone 13 61 50) for further details.
