Enrolments

ACCCK receives numerous enrolment enquiries each year and at times can have an extensive waiting list. We advise families to place your child/rens details on our waiting list as early as possible. If you would like to place your child on the waiting list, download our wait list form, complete and return to accck@attwoodchildcare.com.au. Alternatively, you can call the service and speak to the Director.

Fees

Fees are set by the Committee of Management and are reviewed twice yearly in order to achieve a satisfactory budget outcome. Families are invoiced weekly and are invoiced one week in arrears. ACCCK requires a holding fee bond payable upon enrolment, this is refundable when you give two weeks’ notice in writing to leave the service.

A enrolment levy of $50.00 is required to be paid upon enrolment and annually upon re-enrolment in September of each year.

Fees are payable even when your child is absent from ACCCK due to public holidays, illness, accidents or holidays. Fees are not payable when ACCCK closes over the Christmas holidays and for one professional development day in each July

A fundraising levy of $100 per year is payable from each family. This levy  will be automatically charged biannually to your account in January and July

Child Care Subsidy (CCS) is a payment made by the Australian Government to help families with the cost of quality child care and early education. This is paid directly to the service to reduce your weekly fees.

Three things will determine a family’s level of Child Care Subsidy:

1. A family’s combined income will determine the percentage of subsidy they are eligible to receive.

2. An activity test will determine how many hours of subsidized care families can access, up to a maximum of 100 per fortnight.

3. The type of child care service will determine the hourly rate cap.

Families can apply through the MyGov App.
